Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or government-issued photo ID. Each registered member is permitted to operate exactly one account on dhka888. • A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the account holder.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified via their registered contact method. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds released. Where a breach is confirmed, any real-money balance not derived from fraudulent activity will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 10 business days, net of any amounts properly owed to dhka888.

In the event of a dispute between a player and dhka888 regarding the outcome of a bet, the settlement of a game, or the application of these Terms & Conditions, the player should contact dhka888 support in the first instance. All dispute investigations are conducted using server-side records, which are the authoritative record of all transactions and game outcomes on the platform.

If a player is not satisfied with the resolution provided by the dhka888 support team, the matter may be escalated by submitting a written complaint to support@dhka888. dhka888's management team will review escalated complaints and provide a final written response within 10 business days. The decision of the management team following escalation review is final and binding on both parties.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute arising from them or the player's use of the dhka888 platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you agree that any legal proceedings arising from your use of the platform shall be conducted in English.
